The Story... The Inspiration: Trip to Morocco!!! Visited many of the different beautiful cities... the colors, patterns, vibes and aromas are still with me. Marrakech is known for its incredible architecture, Moroccan tile patterns, great markets, leather and spices. The bustling city offers so much to see and do.
The inspiration behind the collection is the Eastern culture and symbols full of good vibes and luck.
History behind the evil eye decor motive: "An evil eye is a talisman or amulet, designed in the shape of an eye, traditionally in the colors blue or green, that indicate spiritual protection. These talismans or evil eye “repellents” come in different shapes and forms as pendants, bracelets, earrings and rings. Or can be hanging in a glass bead form over the main door or entrance of someone’s home to keep the hearth protected.
